Raffle builds a platform comprising three products named Search, Chat, and GEO, intended for enterprises, the public sector, education, and government organisations. Search and Chat are embedded on existing sites via a single script tag to answer typed or conversational visitor questions using only the organisation's own content. The platform operates without cookies or IP tracking and is GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliant.
GEO tests what AI assistants say about a category and delivers finished text answers based on existing site content. Insights captures verbatim questions typed by site visitors to highlight themes and content gaps. Customer implementations include deployments by Forbrugerrådet Tænk.
