The system uses speech-based technology to provide advisors with real-time guidance while a conversation is happening, while automating documentation directly from the interaction. Financial institutions use the platform to embed documentation and compliance into customer dialogues, reduce manual work, and apply quality standards consistently across interactions.
The company's software is deployed in financial services, supporting Velliv's customer service operations across more than 140,000 annual customer interactions. This deployment has released over five full-time equivalent capacity annually by reducing wrap-up time. Following a pilot, Alvenir operates under a yearly license agreement with Velliv, with pilots also extended to additional departments within the organization.
