Introducing Gemini 3.6 Flash, 3.5 Flash-Lite, and 3.5 Flash Cyber

Google is expanding its Gemini model lineup with the introduction of Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, and Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber. These models are designed to provide developers and enterprises with higher token efficiency, lower latency, and reliable performance to support scaling agentic workflows and production AI agents.

Gemini 3.6 Flash serves as an upgraded workhorse model providing better coding, knowledge work, and multimodal capabilities while reducing output token usage by 17 percent compared to 3.5 Flash. It is priced at $1.50 per million input tokens and $7.50 per million output tokens. It features built-in computer use capabilities, enhanced frontier safety safeguards against CBRN and cyber offense misuses, and is available immediately across various developer and enterprise platforms.

Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite is built for high-throughput and low-latency tasks, operating at 350 output tokens per second. Priced at $0.30 per million input tokens and $2.50 per million output tokens, it handles high-volume agentic search and document processing while outperforming prior Flash-Lite generations.

Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber is a specialized, fine-tuned model designed to detect, validate, and patch cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Paired with the CodeMender code security agent, it achieves competitive frontier performance on the CyberGym benchmark. Due to its dual-use nature, it will initially be released exclusively to governments and trusted partners through a limited-access pilot program. Additionally, Google is testing Gemini 3.5 Pro with partners and has begun pre-training for Gemini 4.
