Google Gemini adds new integrations for apps and services

Google is expanding the capabilities of its Gemini app by introducing new integrations with a wide variety of popular third-party apps and services. Over the coming weeks, users will be able to connect these external tools directly to Gemini to plan activities, create content, and manage everyday tasks from a single interface.

The new integrations cover several distinct categories to help users streamline different aspects of their routines. For productivity and creativity, Gemini will connect with Granola, Otter.ai, and Wix to help with tasks like summarizing meetings and editing websites. In the local and entertainment space, users will be able to book experiences, rent cars, make dinner reservations, and search for event tickets using Fever, GetYourGuide, Localiza, OpenTable in the UK, and Ticketmaster.

Music streaming is also included in the update, with new connections to iHeartRadio and Pandora for discovering stations and playing playlists. Additionally, the home, health, and lifestyle category will allow users to find home professionals through Angi and Thumbtack or schedule medical appointments using Zocdoc.

These integrations matter because they transform Gemini into a centralized hub for daily organization and digital tasks. By linking these services together, users can handle complex workflows across multiple platforms without needing to switch between different standalone applications.
