Swedish startup secures €3 million to take prospecting and sales admin off reps’ plates

Stockholm-based sales technology company Spiich has secured three million euros in a seed funding round led by Ugly Duckling Ventures, with participation from Alliance VC, Cherry Ventures, and Ampli Ventures. Founded in 2025 by Johan Torssell and Dennis Hadzialic, the company develops artificial intelligence agents designed to automate administrative sales tasks such as prospecting, planning, and data entry.

Data shows that salespeople typically spend seventy-eight percent of their time on administrative work rather than direct customer interactions. Spiich takes on this non-selling workload to allow representatives to focus on building relationships. According to the company, users experience measurable results including twice as many customer meetings, ninety percent less time spent prospecting, and three times the market coverage.

Fifteen months after its launch, Spiich serves fifty customers across fifteen countries in Europe, the United States, and South America, with clients including NORNORM, ProfitMetrics, and Zaver. The platform has helped customers close more than 50,000 deals, while the company achieves rapid month-on-month recurring revenue growth with almost no customer churn.

The new capital will be used to expand engineering and go-to-market teams to drive growth across Europe. The funding will also support the further development of Spiich's data-driven intelligence layer, which aggregates insights from customer conversations, emails, internal notes, and external sales signals to understand and act upon real-time customer relationships.
