AI stormer ind på arbejdspladserne – nu sender eksperter en advarsel
Artificial intelligence is rapidly entering workplaces, but a new survey from the think tank Mandag Morgen reveals that four out of ten employees feel their management fails to set a clear direction for its use. This lack of guidance shifts responsibility onto individual workers and creates insecurity.
According to the findings, six out of ten employees use artificial intelligence for a smaller portion of their tasks, while one in five does not use it at all. When management does introduce these tools, the approach varies wildly across workplaces. Some employees receive barely a notice, such as a brief message stating they now have access to a specific program like Copilot, whereas others receive slightly more information or nothing at all.
This situation matters because the chaotic rollout and absence of leadership direction leave employees to navigate new technology on their own. Experts are now warning that this unclear approach creates widespread workplace uncertainty as artificial intelligence becomes more common.
