AI stormer ind på arbejdspladserne – nu sender eksperter en advarsel
A new study from the think tank Mandag Morgen shows that artificial intelligence is rapidly entering workplaces, with six out of ten employees using the technology for a small part of their tasks, while one in five does not use it at all.
At the same time, four out of ten employees report that their management fails to set a clear direction for how artificial intelligence should be used. This lack of guidance shifts the responsibility onto individual workers and creates insecurity.
Employees experience vastly different approaches from leadership when the technology is introduced, ranging from receiving no information at all to getting a short email, or simply being told they suddenly have access to tools like Copilot.
This issue matters because the uncoordinated rollout of artificial intelligence leaves workers without proper framework or support, turning a major workplace transition into an individual burden that generates uncertainty across organizations.
