Swedish AI coding startup Lovable crosses $600 million in ARR
Swedish artificial intelligence coding startup Lovable reached $600 million in annualized recurring revenue in September 2026. While significant, this figure trails competitor Anysphere, the maker of Cursor, which reported an annualized run rate of roughly $1 billion by late 2025 and climbed to about $4 billion by June 2026, with approximately $2.6 billion originating from enterprise customers.
At the same time, another artificial intelligence firm, Cognition, is experiencing rapid financial growth. The company has acquired Poke to integrate its artificial intelligence agent directly into text messages. Cognition has shared internal forecasts with investors projecting run-rate revenue to exceed $1.5 billion by the end of 2026, and to reach between $4 billion and $5 billion in 2027.
Although fundraising companies targeted at a $48 billion valuation naturally project strong confidence, current market trends consistently support this aggressive growth story across the artificial intelligence sector rather than undermining it.
