Stockholm’s Spiich raises €3 million to let AI handle admin work while sales teams focus on customers
Stockholm-based AI startup Spiich has raised three million euros in a seed funding round led by Ugly Duckling Ventures, with participation from Alliance VC, Cherry Ventures, Ampli Ventures, and various angel investors. This new investment brings the company's total funding to 3.6 million euros, following a 600,000 euro pre-seed round ten months prior.
Founded in June 2025 by Johan Torssell and Dennis Hadzialic, Spiich develops AI agents designed to take over administrative tasks such as prospecting, meeting preparation, CRM updates, and follow-up work. According to Salesforce estimates, these administrative duties typically consume 78 percent of a salesperson's time. Rather than attempting to automate the actual selling process, Spiich focuses on handling non-selling work so human sales representatives can concentrate on building customer relationships.
The company currently serves more than 50 customers across 15 countries in Europe, the United States, and South America. Customer results reported by the startup include doubled customer meetings, a 90 percent reduction in prospecting time, and tripled market coverage. Furthermore, Spiich experienced over 100 percent month-on-month annual recurring revenue growth in the first half of 2026, alongside a net revenue retention exceeding 160 percent.
Spiich will use the newly acquired capital to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams while pursuing further growth across Europe. By integrating data from meetings, emails, internal notes, and external signals, the company aims to establish its platform as a core system of intelligence and action for sales teams.
