Nytt verktyg avslöjar om mejl är AI-genererade

Pangram has launched a new tool for Gmail designed to reveal whether emails in an inbox are generated by artificial intelligence. The system performs a quick analysis of incoming messages and applies specific labels directly to them.

Emails are marked with an AI label if they are fully generated by artificial intelligence, or a mixed label if they were partially written by humans. While the labeled emails remain in the inbox by default, the categorization helps users quickly determine which messages can be deleted.

According to the company, the tool has an accuracy rate of 99.98 percent. However, Pangram CEO Max Spero acknowledges that achieving complete perfection is unlikely and that a small risk of mislabeling still exists.
