Eleven Startups Showcase AI-Powered Innovation for Social Impact in Blackbaud's 2026 Social Good Startup Pitch Competition

Blackbaud hosted its annual showcase for the Social Good Startup Program, featuring live pitches from eleven early-stage companies building artificial intelligence solutions for nonprofits, educational institutions, grantmakers, and socially responsible businesses. The event highlighted technologies designed to integrate with Blackbaud platforms like Raiser's Edge NXT to improve operational efficiency, donor intelligence, grantmaking, and mission delivery.

The eleven participating startups in the 2026 cohort are AppsNXT, Bridgit, DonorAtlas, Givalgo, Grasshopper Signup, Kindora, MatchNice, NetOutlook, PlanPerfect, Untapped Solutions, and Vitalcy. Their tools include AI-driven donor platforms, automated grantmaking and due diligence systems, mobile-friendly form tools, AI social worker applications, and strategic planning systems. A panel of judges and the public are voting on the winning solutions, with the Judges' Choice and People's Choice winners to be announced on October 1 at bbcon 2026.

Launched in 2020, the Social Good Startup Program acts as a year-long technology accelerator providing startups with mentorship, funding opportunities, and pathways into Blackbaud's partner ecosystem and Marketplace. Since its inception, the program has supported over 95 startups across twelve cohorts with an 84 percent survival rate, helping more than 40 integrated apps reach the Blackbaud Marketplace to benefit the social impact sector.
