Danish companies increase AI adoption without impacting job numbers
Danish companies are increasingly adopting artificial intelligence tools as part of the country's traditional openness to new technology. Figures from Statistics Denmark show that the share of businesses using artificial intelligence tools has grown from 42 percent in 2025 to 59 percent in 2026.
Despite this rapid increase in the use of artificial intelligence across the business sector, the national central bank cannot detect any actual job destruction resulting from the technology. Signe Krogstrup, director at the National Bank, states that there is no sign of job losses caused by the implementation of artificial intelligence tools in Danish companies.
