Proport Invest's new companies sign new agreements - Nordic AI increases recurring revenue by 41 percent

Proport Invest, a Swedish investment company, said that two recently acquired businesses, Growth Marketing and Nordic AI, signed new customer agreements during the fall. The customers are Nobina Commercial, Hertz and SH Pension. The news came in a press release.

The Nobina agreement covers search engine optimization across the Nordic region for two years. Its estimated order value is SEK 1.54m, provided the cooperation proceeds as planned. The agreement carries a one-month notice period, so the value is not locked in for the full term.

Nordic AI also reported growth in its subscription base. Its annual recurring revenue rose 41 percent to nearly SEK 3m at the end of October, up from about SEK 2.1m in June. Active subscriptions increased 43 percent, from 37 to 53.

The acquired businesses will be consolidated into Proport's financial reporting from the fourth quarter of 2026.

The deals follow a busy stretch of financing and acquisition activity at Proport. The company completed its acquisition of Growth Marketing in October and raised SEK 8.5m in an offering, using a bridge loan for acquisitions. It also decided on a directed issue to an underwriter and adviser, which dilutes existing shareholders by 1.9 percent. Earlier, in September, it carried out a SEK 15m rights issue and adopted a new financial strategy. Proport trades on Spotlight.

The figures give an early indication of how the newly bought companies are performing under Proport's ownership, with Nordic AI showing clear growth in recurring revenue and subscriptions.
