CoreWeave deploys AI infrastructure in Denmark

CoreWeave, an American cloud computing company, has made its first deployment in Denmark. It is partnering with atNorth, a Nordic data center company, to host 22.5 MW of IT capacity at atNorth's DEN01 data center in Copenhagen.

The Danish deployment brings CoreWeave's European footprint to nine data centers across five countries: Denmark, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden and Norway.

CoreWeave is also extending its global AI network beyond Europe. It is adding network points of presence in the United Arab Emirates, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, South Korea and Japan, which widens its reach in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Sachin Jain, CoreWeave's Chief Operating Officer, framed the expansion around customer needs. In his words, customers need more than access to computing capacity: they need infrastructure that performs reliably at scale and the ability to move data and workloads wherever their business requires. He said CoreWeave is expanding both its global infrastructure and the network connecting it, so customers can focus on building and improving AI rather than managing the complexity underneath it.

For Denmark and the Nordics, the deal places a large block of AI-focused computing capacity in a Copenhagen facility run by a regional operator. It also makes Denmark one of the countries in CoreWeave's growing European network.
