Proport doubles down on AI with Growth Marketing buy, funded by $1.6M rights issue

Swedish investment company Proport Invest has completed its acquisition of Growth Marketing and its subsidiary Nordic AI Growth. The deal is funded by a rights issue of about $1.6M and expands Proport's AI focus.
