Danish proptech startup raises €1.47 million pre-seed to combine property management and software development

A Danish proptech startup has raised €1.47 million in pre-seed funding to combine property management with software development. The headline figure is the only funding detail available; the investors and the company's name are not given in the material I have.

The company does not treat AI as the answer to every operational problem. It plans to use AI where it delivers practical value, alongside conventional automation, revised processes and human expertise.

The approach comes from the founders' background in real estate investment at Danish property investor Thylander Group. One of them, Pind Schmidt, also previously worked at McKinsey in Denmark. Based on that experience, they hold that improving property management requires changing how work is organised, rather than simply adding AI tools to existing systems.

That view sets the startup apart from pitches that put AI at the centre of every product. Its bet is that gains in property operations come from rethinking workflows first and applying technology, AI included, where it fits. Further details on the product, the team, the investors or how the money will be used are not available here.
