Stockholm AI startup Vessla raises $3.3M pre-seed led by Seedcamp
Stockholm-based enterprise AI startup Vessla has come out of stealth with $3.3 million in oversubscribed pre-seed funding, announced on October 19. Seedcamp led the round. Inception Fund, Tiny VC, founders of other technology companies and operators from OpenAI and Lovable also took part. The valuation was not disclosed.
Vessla was founded in 2026 by Kasper Janehag. It is building an agentic operating system for residential and commercial property managers. The software connects to the applications a property business already uses, so it can retrieve documents, handle maintenance requests, coordinate leasing workflows and process operational information. Humans keep the approval step for consequential decisions, so the system does not act fully on its own where the stakes are high.
The company is already working with property owners and operators in the Nordic region. The new money will go toward software integrations, product engineering and expanding AI-enabled property operations.
The round shows investor interest in applying AI agents to property management, a field where staff juggle many separate systems and a steady flow of tenant and maintenance tasks. It also adds another early-stage Nordic AI company to the funding picture, backed by a mix of established European seed investors and people with experience at fast-growing AI firms.
