Behavix and MyTelescope combine consumer behaviour data with AI market intelligence

Helsinki-based Behavix and Stockholm-based MyTelescope have announced a strategic collaboration that combines real-world consumer behaviour data with search and demand intelligence. The aim is to give brands, agencies and researchers faster, more detailed insights through AI. Behavix supplies consent-based behavioural data from more than three million opted-in panelists, tracked across websites, apps, search engines, AI assistants, e-commerce, streaming and digital advertising. MyTelescope, an AI market-intelligence company founded in 2022, contributes demand signals from 13 platforms, including Google, TikTok, Amazon and YouTube.

The partnership targets a long-standing gap in market research: linking large-scale indicators of consumer demand with data on who consumers are and how they behave online. Marketing teams would see not just what people search for, but which audiences drive that demand, what alternatives they consider and how they interact with competing brands. One example given is a team investigating demand in the US fashion market, identifying relevant consumer segments and checking which competitors those audiences are weighing. Users can ask such questions in natural language and get data-grounded answers within seconds, the companies say.

Behavix's data will feed into several layers of MyTelescope's platform, including demographic analysis, audience personas, competitive overlap and behavioural patterns tied to specific search queries. The combined intelligence will be offered through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so users can reach it from assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, as well as existing dashboards, chatbots, APIs and data feeds. Selected Behavix enterprise customers will also get access to MyTelescope's AI research workspace.

The initial rollout covers the United States, with further markets across Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific planned through 2027. The shared roadmap includes time-stamped consumer journeys, conversion funnels, cross-brand browsing sessions, AI chatbot prompt intelligence, e-commerce activity, streaming behaviour and advertising exposure.

Behavix CEO Hannu Verkasalo says the combination ends the "quarterly-report era" of consumer insights, and expects marketing teams and agencies to run on AI agents within two years. MyTelescope CEO Rodrigo Pozo Graviz says the offering gives every marketer intelligence once reserved for the largest global brands.
