The only effective way to build trust is through tangible results, specifically by actually delivering on major promises such as curing cancer. The most accurate criticism facing artificial intelligence companies is their failure to deliver widespread benefits to the world yet, and the industry must focus on real-world achievements rather than messaging and marketing strategies.
