Hackere huserede i Novo-systemer i op mod tre måneder

Cybercriminals had unhindered access to the internal systems of Danish pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk for between 47 days and nearly three months. The hack was carried out by a hacker group named Fulcrumsec, which moved freely around the company cloud infrastructure during the extended operation.

Technical analysis of leaked data shared by the hackers and direct correspondence reveal that the attackers utilized artificial intelligence tools to locate and access company secrets.

Novo Nordisk stated that it is still investigating the nature, scope, and consequences of the security breach.
