Nebius Group acquires Inferize to cut AI model startup delays
Nebius Group has acquired Inferize, a technology move designed to reduce startup delays for artificial intelligence models. As part of this transition, engineers from Inferize have joined Token Factory. Financial terms of the acquisition, including the purchase price, along with sales targets and an integration timetable, were not disclosed in the company release.

Applied Digital Corporation secured access to up to one gigawatt of potential power capacity in Finland for a proposed AI campus, marking its first development opportunity outside the United States with initial power expected by 2028. Additionally, LG Electronics secured a chiller supply deal for projects exceeding five gigawatts.
