Danish scaleup MyDefence sells body-worn drone detectors to US Army

Over the past eighteen months, the US Army has purchased body-worn drone detection systems from the Danish scaleup company MyDefence. The total value of these equipment acquisitions reaches 77 million dollars.

Following this major military adoption, the company has announced the launch of new iterations of its body-worn drone detectors. These wearable devices are designed to alert personnel to the presence of nearby unmanned aerial vehicles, providing critical situational awareness on the ground.

This multi-million-dollar supply contract highlights the growing demand for portable counter-drone technology within modern defense operations. It also demonstrates how specialized Nordic technology firms are supplying advanced hardware directly to major global military forces like the United States armed forces.
