Pandektes Raises €13.5M in Series A Funding

Pandektes, a legal data infrastructure and artificial intelligence platform based in Copenhagen, Denmark, has raised €13.5 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Alstin Capital, with additional participation from PROfounders Capital, Scale Capital, and a group of early-stage returning investors.

Founded by Chief Executive Officer Casper Laursen, the company builds a legal data orchestration platform and unified API infrastructure layer designed to map and index global legal information specifically for machine learning systems. The technology converts unstructured public legislation and court rulings into a clean, interconnected semantic data layer.

This platform currently serves more than 500 active law firms, private corporations, and public institutions. By utilizing the structured legal data, these organizations are able to automate repetitive legal research tasks and effectively query multi-jurisdictional legal information.
