European AI and ML consultancy Modulai joins Analysys Mason

Analysys Mason, a specialist consultancy founded in 1985 as a telecoms research and advisory firm, has acquired the Northern European artificial intelligence and machine learning consultancy Modulai. Analysys Mason currently works with clients across various sectors, including telecoms, digital infrastructure, software, IT services, space, defence, manufacturing, and logistics.

The acquisition integrates Modulai's technical capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and agentic solutions into Analysys Mason. This addition enables the combined firm to provide clients in technology-intensive industries with support ranging from initial strategy through to full implementation.

For Modulai, the transaction provides a platform for expansion across the international footprint and client base of Analysys Mason. The integration will also result in the launch of new joint offerings, building on a top priority to grow through the addition of leading technical consultancies in the region.
