European AI and ML consultancy Modulai joins Analysys Mason

Analysys Mason has acquired Modulai, a Northern European consultancy that specializes in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Analysys Mason originally started in 1985 as a telecommunications research and advisory firm and has since grown into a specialist consultancy serving clients in technology, digital infrastructure, software, defense, manufacturing, and logistics.

The acquisition integrates Modulai's technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and agentic solutions into Analysys Mason. This addition allows the combined organization to provide comprehensive services ranging from initial strategy to final implementation for technology-intensive industries.

Following the acquisition, the combined teams will support clients across sectors such as telecommunications, software, financial services, manufacturing, and life sciences. Their joint services will include managing large-scale artificial intelligence transformations, conducting artificial intelligence due diligence, and deploying artificial intelligence applications.
