Don't be a meat proxy

Niklas Gruhn has coined the term meat proxy to describe people who blindly copy and paste the output of artificial intelligence systems and relay it to others without any personal processing.

While using artificial intelligence for prompting is acceptable, users should avoid simply passing along the raw generated output. Instead, individuals need to read, understand, and validate the content before crafting a response in their own words.

Making the effort to personally verify and rewrite artificial intelligence output adds genuine human value to communication. Taking these steps serves as proof that the individual actually engaged with the material rather than acting as an unthinking messenger.
