Salesforce Will Pay 2 Billion Dollars for Listen Labs

Salesforce is reportedly in talks to acquire Listen Labs, an artificial intelligence startup, for approximately two billion dollars. This potential purchase follows Salesforce's acquisition of another artificial intelligence agent startup named Fin earlier in the year.

Listen Labs was founded in 2023 by Harvard graduates Alfred Wahlforss and Florian Juengermann after they moved into a San Francisco hacker house. The company specializes in automated customer interviews and operates on a network of over fifty million potential interview participants.

The reported two billion dollar purchase price represents a significant increase, standing at four times the startup's five hundred million dollar valuation from January of the same year. This move highlights Salesforce's continued investment in artificial intelligence technologies and enterprise automation capabilities.
