Tænketanken Mandag Morgen investigates generative AI in Danish workplaces and schools

The think tank Mandag Morgen, in collaboration with organizations including IDA, DM, HK, and DI Digital, has investigated how generative artificial intelligence is changing Danish workplaces. The project relies on a survey of more than 3000 employees and fifteen in-depth interviews to understand how staff and leaders experience the implementation of new technology and the resulting shifts in their daily work lives.

A parallel initiative examines the rapid arrival of artificial intelligence in the public school system. Conducted together with the Danish Association of School Leaders and supported by LB Foreningen, this part of the work explores how AI is currently used and perceived by school principals, teachers, and students.

Both projects focus on identifying the new opportunities, challenges, and practical dilemmas created by generative artificial intelligence. By gathering insights directly from workers, educators, and students, the initiatives aim to map out the current reality of technological change and highlight the need for clear guidelines in both schools and workplaces across Denmark.
