Good Tape Raises USD600K in Seed Funding

Good Tape, an artificial intelligence transcription and data analytics startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark, has raised 600,000 US dollars in seed funding. The investment was made by Nordic Makers and structured as a management buyout.

Co-founded by Ýmir Gyðuson Gíslason and Chief Executive Officer Lasse Finderup, the company builds a clinical-grade artificial intelligence audio transcription and conversational intelligence ecosystem specifically designed for high-liability professions. Its cloud-native system keeps all customer data registries permanently hosted on isolated, sovereign servers located within the European Union. The company also provides a strict technical guarantee that user uploads are never used for model training.

The startup will use the newly acquired capital to speed up the engineering rollout of enterprise features, expand its product development teams, and drive international growth.
